Having a good night’s sleep can make the world of difference to your day. A lack of sleep can play havoc with productivity, memory and tends to make everyday tasks just that little bit harder.
A study conducted on young people with sleep issues found that when the participants listened to relaxing classical music 45 minutes before they went to bed experienced a significantly better, solid sleep than students who went on their phones or did nothing.
So if you struggle to get a good sleep have a listen to some classical music, and simultaneously become a classical music expert (smugness guaranteed).
